Continental United States

Renew Digital markets, sells and supports dental panoramic X-rays, dental cone beam systems and dental 3D scanners from leading manufacturers throughout the continental United States. We limit sales and installations of dental X-ray machines to the contiguous US to ensure the best customer experience and more predictable service outcomes. Certain exceptions may be made for US customers in Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories based on service availability in those areas.

Because we are committed to providing unparalleled customer satisfaction and support, we currently do not sell used dental imaging equipment to Canada, Mexico or any country outside of the US. Shipping and service limitations in these regions makes it difficult for Renew Digital to deliver equipment, replacement parts, service or support in a timely and effective manner.

State Registered Service Providers

Unlike many used dental equipment dealers that utilize the services of third-party contractors to install their pre-owned devices, regionally based Renew Digital technicians install all of the equipment it sells. These expert technicians, who are all full-time Renew Digital employees, undergo rigorous initial and ongoing product, software and service training to help ensure the smoothest imaging transition for all of our customers.

Renew Digital and its technicians are registered to install and service dental X-ray machines in all US states that require service provider registration. That means Renew Digital technicians have met the stringent dental equipment and radiation safety training mandated in each state.

Large Service Network

Many customers ask us about the availability of onsite support for dental X-ray machines and cone beam systems in their city or state. In addition to its own team of regional service technicians, Renew Digital has partnered with several leading dental X-ray service providers to ensure the widest range of onsite X-ray service overage. Of course, our Renew Digital help desk is always just a call away to help resolve any support issues remotely. In fact, most dental imaging equipment issues can be resolved through telephone or remote support without the need for onsite service.
