CEPHALOMETRIC
DEXIS OP 3D features a scanning cephalometric attachment. Cephalometric exams include oblique, frontal (AP/PA), lateral, submento-vertex and carpus settings. -
BITEWING PROGRAM
The DEXIS OP 3D features an extraoral bitewing program as an alternative to capturing traditional intraoral images. (NOTE: Subject to availability). -

Designed with pediatric patients in mind, the DEXIS OP 3D offers a pediatric panoramic modality. -
CBCT FIELD OF VIEW
The DEXIS (formerly KaVo) OP 3D offers several field-of-view (FOV) presets. The 5x5 cm FOV is perfect for endodontics and capturing localized anatomy for implant cases. The 6x9 cm FOV allows you to capture either the upper or lower arch, while the 9x11 cm FOV acquires both arches in a single scan. With the optional 9x14 cm FOV, you’ll be able to capture both TMJs. SMARTVIEW technology allows you to adjust the height of each FOV in 5mm steps prior to the exam. -
LOW-DOSE TECHNOLOGY
The DEXIS OP 3D includes Low-Dose Technology (LDT) for dental cone beam images that utilize up to five times less radiation for cone beam scans than for traditional 2D panoramic X-rays. -
ANATOMAGE SOFTWARE
Manage, analyze, store and share patient images with the included Invivo 3D imaging software from Anatomage. Invivo helps practitioners diagnose conditions and plan treatment faster than ever before. Images can be easily shared in a standard DICOM format. -
TWAIN INTEGRATION
Panoramic images captured with the DEXIS OP 3D Pro can be easily integrated into almost any leading dental imaging software.
